At Noctore, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfumes. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any items once they are sold.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
While we ensure every order is carefully quality-checked and securely packed, in the rare event that you receive:

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 4–7 working days.
FAILED ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
In case of a failed online transaction, any deducted amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days.
